- ONLINE meetings are managed via online video calls within this website; IN PERSON meetings are organised in Bologna, at R2B – RESEARCH TO BUSINESS 2023.
- Meetings can be booked from 12 May onwards
- Meetings can be scheduled based on the information provided in the "My Availability" section of your profile where you can indicate your availability for meetings
- You can’t send meeting requests?
Please check if you have activated your availability for bilateral meetings or B2B sessions. Go to your profile and click "My Availability" to check your attendance.
- Meeting requests must be accepted to be scheduled. Meeting requests will automatically expire after 7 days if they are not accepted or rejected. Expired meeting requests will get automatically cancelled.
